These may be caused by the exhaust gas temperature being too high in the past operation, or it may be the coking of the lubricating oil, which causes the adhesion of the cylinder and the piston, so that the compressor cannot be started. 3, check the differential pressure relay and high and low voltage relays. When the compressor's oil pressure is abnormal (above or below a certain value), the compressor can be stopped. At the same time, when the compressor discharge pressure (high pressure) and suction pressure (low pressure) are abnormal, the compressor will not start immediately or after it has been started. 4, check the amount of frozen water, cooling water, water temperature is normal. If the water volume is small and the water temperature is high, the condensing pressure will rise sharply, and the evaporating temperature will drop rapidly. Because the unit protection facilities act, they often stop quickly. 5, check whether the relevant solenoid valve, regulating valve failure, whether to open or close as required. 6. Check whether there is leakage of working medium in the temperature sensing package of the temperature relay or if the adjustment is incorrect. Industrial chillers should generally do the work before they start: 1, first check the power is normal. The power supply voltage should not exceed or fall below Â±10% of the rated voltage of the unit. Commonly used voltages include 3-phase 380V and single-phase 220V. When the voltage is too low or too high, the chiller cannot be started. 2.
