1, color paste modulation

The paste and dyestuffs are fully stirred and then filtered, and the filtered tin is added. However, care must be taken not to stir the processed tin and the dye at the same time, otherwise the dye will hardly dissolve, which will cause the phenomenon of blocking of the net, color dots, and plug points during printing. When the discharge white paste or light color paste is prepared, To add the appropriate amount of reactive blue, processing tin must be fully stirred and filtered before use; mastering the amount of processed tin according to the pattern, if the amount is less, the pattern will be blurred and the outline will be unclear.

2, control the temperature

Printing machine drying room temperature, under normal circumstances shall not exceed 100 °C, suitable for low temperature drying, drying temperature is too high, in order to reduce the discharge effect of processing tin. The dyed bottom should not exceed 120°C, and the bottom scraping and drying should not exceed 100°C. Drying at a low temperature is appropriate. During the drying process, it should not be stopped in the middle. The corrosiveness of processed tin to the screen plate and equipment is relatively large. Under normal circumstances, the production is 5,000 meters. It is necessary to check the screen plate to prevent the occurrence of sand leakage and the lines are not clean. The pressure adjustment of the squeegee of the printing machine should be even and it is necessary to make a good pattern. Discharge paste generally use white dextrin or synthetic Long plastic, degumming is worse than sodium alginate, so it is best to use a rope-type washing machine and to strengthen the reduction and cleaning, so that the cloth is refreshing, pure color, clear outline of the pattern .

Anti-discharge polyester fabrics can be divided into alkaline pull and tin pull, but the effect of anti-discharge printing of polyester tin silk fabrics with processed tin is good. Because the processed tin is a modified stannous chloride, it is difficult to be dissolved in air by the insoluble water, and the stability of the color paste is increased, so that the quality of printing can be improved.

Anti-discharge printing of cotton cloth: dyeable reactive dyes can be used to dye the background color, vinyl sulfone-based reactive black dye can be used to dye the background color, dried and printed, and then printed with a wet cover printing method to cover the background color (black ). The background color (black) is dyed by the roll-bake method and the dye is not easily fixed.
